Clear Island Waters, Gold Coast

The interior and exterior of this original home undertook a major cosmetic renovation to be transformed into a modern waterfront home. The views from this block are incredible, we opened the back of the house by adding as much glass as possible to open the home up to the view. The floor plan was changed to create a large master retreat overlooking the water. The original study was turned into a large walk in wardrobe with custom joinery flowing throughout the home. Nothing remained original, not even the pool and spa which was completely tiled in white mosaics. This renovation took 12 weeks to complete the interior and exterior.
